Charlotte is growing by leaps and bounds with all the growth comes amazing shopping and fresh outlooks on living. The newest development in South Charlotte is called Rea Farms. It gives you the “small town” feel with a twist! Suburban living with urban vibes. This community features upscale apartments, large fitness complex, restaurants, and shopping. The ultimate one-stop-shop for everything on your to-do-list. With so much to explore, here’s a guide to what to eat, where to shop, and fun upcoming events to attend this Summer.
Where to shop, eat, and play
- Lifetime Athletic: this being there largest location in the country which personally looks like a resort! It has over 190,000 sqft of cycle, yoga, pilates etc. studios. Plus tennis, 50,000 square-foot indoor and outdoor pool oasis, full spa, basketball courts, and childcare center.
- Erma James Boutique Carrying affordable athletic apparel, on-trend pieces, and accessories.
- Aloha Nails: Full service nail spa
- H2 Blow Dry: Enjoy a blow out after getting pampered at Aloha Nails!
- Harris Teeter: One of the largest locations in the country featuring a beer and wine bar, juice bar, Starbucks and more.
- Fuzzy Taco: Fuzzy’s not only has great tacos and margaritas but the atmosphere when you enter is what really keeps people coming back for more! They have an awesome patio where you can enjoy tacos with your dog and with friends.
- Clean Juice: Smoothies are one of my favorite treats along with avocado toast. This place has it all – be sure to check them out after working out at Lifetime Athletic!

Sharing photo’s from Paws on the Patio’s kick off to Summer
I had the opportunity to attend the first “Paws on the Patio” last weekend at Fuzzy Taco Shop along with my son and husband. We were able to walk around and explore the property which truly was beautiful. They have lots of shops that are popping up along with lots of places to get pampered. We enjoyed playing corn hole, watching Eric Melton draw caricatures of local pups and enjoyed meeting new friends from Rea Farms and The Humane Society of Charlotte. We will definitely be back for the next Paws on the Patio on June 29th!!
Thank you to Rea Farms for sponsoring this post. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
